1 16oz can dark red kidney beans, drained
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 red apple, unpeeled, cored and diced
1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (I prefer sharp)
1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
