# 1 x 20 fl. oz. (570ml) lime juice cordial
# 1 x 11.5 (340ml) bottle blackcurrant cordial
# 2 oranges, thinly sliced
Procedures
# Chill the ginger beer for at least an hour in the fridge
# Pour a measure of lime juice and a measure of blackcurrant cordial into tumblers
# Stir and add 2-3 ice cubes
# Top up the tumblers with chilled ginger beer and stir again
# Add an orange slice to the rim of the tumbler before serving
