2 c. salt
2/3 c. water
1 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. cold water
Procedures
Mix and heat in saucepan the water and salt. Mix and stir cornstarch and water. Pour cornstarch mixture into first mixture. Stir over heat. Roll out between two pieces of waxed paper and cut out with cookie cutter. Does not require baking. Let the cookies air dry for 2 to 3 days. Then paint.
