Ok. 1st about the title. It is a phillipino recipe shared by a very good friend of mine, it's called abodo chicken, but since it has alot of modifications i called it "HAMALI". So incredients:
1.chicken breat (about 500gr)
2.mushrooms (whatever you can find)
3.small tomatoes
4.soy sauce (look for a: toyo sauce in a phillipino market, there's loads)
5.onions (get loadz of those), vinegar, salt and that's about it.
Procedures
ok, cooking this hamali mean is very easy:
you fry the meat a little bit, boil the water (about 1.5 litres) and let everything inside, don't forget to peel the potatoes.when the meat is ready, it means everything's ready. Warning: don't put too much soy sauce.
FYI (for your information): this simple looking recipe is quite delicious so give it a try, i mean what's the worst that could happen? Loose 1 hour of ur time :)
